Keep Coding

I'm working on a project which includes this(http://manos.malihu.gr/jquery-custom-content-scroller/) plugin for it's scrollbars. divs with dynamic content being loaded into them work fine for desktop view but when trying it in tablet view it's possible to keep scrolling(dragging) past the content by a large margin.
Anyone have any experience with this? Thank you for any help.
