Increasing only my app volume Android
I have written a small app for runners and I've got some voice commands in it. Unfortunatelly when I want to play music from other app simultaneously I barely hear my app sounds. I've tried to set AudioManager to increase volume of the app but it makes the music from the other app louder too. Is there a way to increase my apps volume only? Or for the time I play sound in my app to lower down the volume of other apps? am.setStreamVolume(AudioManager.STREAM_MUSIC, am.getStreamMaxVolume(AudioManager.STREAM_MUSIC), 0); mgoPlayer = MediaPlayer.create(this, R.raw.go); mgoPlayer.start();
