How to pass arguments to java class files run through batch script

I am running this batch script. There are 4 arguments but I can only pass 2. Lets say the name of the script is upload.cmd it would take only 2 arguments like this
upload.cmd pat1 path2
And after running it will ask for two more inputs which are actually some passwords. I have tried to pass all for arguments like this but it doesn't work.
upload.cmd pat1 path2 pass1 pass2
so I opened batch script to figure out whats happening inside so that I could do something about it and the code is this.
#echo off
rem front end for the upload ConfigurationTool
rem <Copyright></Copyright>
rem Get remaining unshifted command line arguments and save them in the
set CMD_LINE_ARGS=
:setArgs
if ""%2""=="""" goto doneSetArgs
set CMD_LINE_ARGS=%CMD_LINE_ARGS% %1 %2
shift
goto setArgs
:doneSetArgs
runjava.cmd com.sas.oprisk.server.cli.ConfigurationTool -a upload %CMD_LINE_ARGS%
So basically there is a java class being invoked runjava.cmd com.sas.oprisk.server.cli.ConfigurationTool -a upload %CMD_LINE_ARGS% and after it is invoked it asks for two more arguments like this:
Is there a way to pass these arguments or code this script to somehow provide these passwords when the java class prompts for it?
